Arboleaf Cs10E Smart Scale Complete Setup Guide, Troubleshooting & Faq
Physical positioning dictates the reliability of any strain-gauge scale. If you move your CS10E from a bedroom corner to a bathroom tileset, the internal calibration drifts. Scale calibration troubleshooting takes only ten seconds: place the scale on your target surface, press down firmly with a single foot until numbers flicker on the display, and immediately remove your foot. The scale will flash CAL followed by 0.0, indicating that the internal tare value has successfully reset to zero.
Never store the scale resting on its side against a wall. Vertical storage applies sustained asymmetric pressure to one or two sensor legs, bending internal strain gauges over time and introducing lingering calibration errors. Keep the scale lying flat on the floor.
Keep the top glass clean. Dust, bathroom humidity, and skin oils form a microscopic barrier across the conductive surface, which can interfere with the low-voltage current. Wipe the platform weekly using a slightly damp microfiber cloth without harsh chemical solvents, which can degrade the thin conductive coating.
